1st ppaf ??

I believe I just had my first ppaf.

My question is this. Is it normal for the first one to be light?? It was just spotting and today I haven't noticed anything. So it only lased about 3 days.

With T my 1st was at 6 weeks and I think it was pretty much a normal period. This was at 7 weeks and light. I thought I even felt O pains about 10 days before but shrugged it off. Then the spotting started.

I had my first ppaf about 2 months after and it was HELL! It was very very heavy, just pouring out.(sorry tmi!) I had lots of cramps but it was unreal how heavy it was. The next one was a little lighter and by the third it was normal. But I should say that I get heavy af's anyway. But that first sucked a lot!

my first ppaf was pretty light, especially in comparisson to how it had been BEFORE my dd. And it lasted a couple of days LESS than normal too. It took a good three afs to get it back to normal for me.

After dd, my first ppaf was at 12 wks.

It lasted a day and a half and was really light and spotty.

By the next one, things were back to normal.

Yeah, my first af after T was pretty bad. But then after him my subsequent afs were heavy and long where they used to be light a short. I'm hoping to return to light short and no cramps!! (wishful thinking )

My first was fairly light because it was anovulatory. The second was about average for me, though the cycle was a bit longer.
