Perfume and Perfume Oils?

I tried googling this and wasn't finding any solid info and I tried searching around here but wasn't getting what I needed. (I think I need to learn how to use the search feature here better, come up with better search terms or something.)

I love wearing perfume oils, I buy them off Etsy mostly. Like this one:

I haven't worn any though in the past few weeks since finding out I was pregnant, because I just wasn't sure if it was safe?
I feel like for me personally, they're much safer than the random body sprays and chemical laden products I could buy... but I wasn't sure how safe they were with pregnancy.

Are there certain oils I should watch out for or avoid or should I just not wear it at all??

Good question. I know some oils should be avoided when pregnant , so I just avoid wearing perfume oils on my skin while pregnant and switch to wearing a scent locket for my oils. (like this one: http://www.etsy.com/listing/56769758...ocket-necklace)

This site has a good list: http://www.herbsofgrace.com/aromatherapy-pregnancy.php
There is also a big difference between essential oils and perfume oils as far as concentration of the actual oil is concerned. Most perfume oils are probably so diluted they would be considered safe to use in small amounts, but why take risks?

Thanks for this info (and sorry i'm so late in replying!)... I think I'll just avoid them for now (though I do love them so!). Definitely will check out the scent locket idea, I love that.

Plus, it might be better that way right now while I'm even more scent sensitive than normal, since I can just take it off and not have it on my skin/clothes.
