Has anyone seen Diana Gabaldon's new book?

I saw it at Costco yesterday, $17 ish. It's in comic book format (they call it a graphic novel. Not my kind of graphic ). I'm not sure if I want to buy it or not. It's called The Exile.

Thoughts?

I've seen a promo page posted online.

As a comics reader, I was deeply unmoved by the sample art. It looked like low-quality pseudo-sexy fan art - over-muscled, over-wrought, inconsistent, and colored in a bizarre semi-tropical color scheme. If the pages posted were the best the book has to show (and they should be close to the best to hook potential readers) the publisher cut some serious corners on the art and/or the art directing.

Having Jamie's perspective on the events of The Outlander might be interesting. Honestly, I'd rather read it without the distractingly bad art.
