Ages for more allergenic solid food introductions?

My first child had moderate to severe eczema and appeared to be allergic to every food we gave her. We didn't feed her many solid foods until she was over a year old. Now I'm introducing solids to my second child who is nearly nine months. We are going slowly and giving foods that are toward the bottom of the Joneja food chart. So far he hasn't had any reactions! However, I am still hesitant to just feed him any and all foods. What would you feel safe offering a 9 month old? And at what ages would you feel safe offering things like beans, egg, soy (tofu), wheat, corn, and citrus?

Here are the foods we offer regularly now:
banana
avocado
sweet potato
white potato
pear
cooked carrot
plain yogurt
blueberries

Other foods we have introduced, but don't offer much:
tapioca
quinoa
cucumber
zucchini (he doesn't appear to like it)
cooked peach
broccoli

Thanks!!

I'd do beans, egg, citrus earlier because of the nutrition they offer. Have you been eating these foods while nursing? If so, your child has had some exposure, so if you haven't had any reactions yet, I'd personally be OK testing beans or egg. But that's just mama gut .
