16m wanting to nurse constantly these days...

It seems that over the last couple months my little girl is increasing the amount of time she nurses during the day? She went down to just a few times about 2m ago and now she wants it constantly? I'm okay with it just wondering what the sudden (sort of) increase would be from? We were away this month for 2 weeks and she slept with us and nursed constantly all night long, now that we are back home and she is in her own bed in her room she is back to sleeping thru the night but her nursing during the day is the same. She just seems to want to nurse all day long?

Anyone else go thru this with there babes...I don't remember my others doing this?

Mine does this. I think it's part growing, and part being a toddler!

It seems like some weeks I have to BEG him to nurse, because I am about to explode, and some weeks I am peeling him off! He has been nursing like his draft number came up recently I know it will pass soon. And before I know it he will be done nursing and I will miss it.

I haven't experienced this with an older toddler (yet), but I've been to API meetings and it definitely seems pretty normal for them to be literally on again, off again with breastfeeding as they go through different developmental/growth phases or even changes in the family routine.

well as it tuns out the teeth I thought were in? are actually molars that are only halfway in?! Not sure how I missed this as she is my third but I am guessing that could have a lot to do with it.

I am totally fine with it for the most part...because your right Kriket before you know it they have weaned and it's all done...always so sad, no matter how ready you think you both are.
