Anyone using Fuzzi Bunz?

I'm looking into CD - and my cousin (who has 4 children) has used Fuzzi Bunz. She loves them, but I was just wondering if anyone else has used them and how they feel about them.
Also, has anyone used the one-size diapers? My cousin only used the perfect fit ones, so I really have no good information on the one-size ones.

Any information would be wonderful. I still have until March, but I'd like to get the ball rolling on some things!

Thanks for any help!

We use the sized. Mostly for outings. Absolutely love them.

Fuzzi Bunz have been around for a long time. My now 9 year old wore a set, which was the passed to a friend, and back to me for my other daughter. So they definitely help up to all the washings!

We used the sized diapers, but the feedback I've heard on the one size has been good, especially after the baby hits about 10-11 pounds, depending on build. Some people feel that one-size diapers don't offer quite as good of a fit on a brand new or tiny baby as they do once the baby gets a little bigger.

We've used FBOS since DS was 5 days old (so 8.5ish lbs). We did have issues with leakiness until his thighs chunked up a bit and we figured out what button settings gave us the best fit. Now we mainly get leaks when he has excessive runny poops or when he has a really bad cluster feeding day (some afternoons he refuses to nap unless nursing if I'm home so he eats A LOT more than usual).

I honestly feel like any leakage issues we get we would have with disposables also.

We love our FBOS and I would buy exactly the same thing if I had it to do over again. DS is a heavy wetter so we double stuff and change once in the middle of the night currently. Since he gets up 4 or 5 times a night, it is not a big deal.

I tried a few different brands when I started with cloth but I now use FB perfect fit size medium exclusively. I love them.

We replaced all of our BumGenius and Happy Heinies with Fuzzi Bunz one-size. I was tired of the velcro snagging on itself and not working as well after enough washes. Since FB have snaps instead of velcro, I've found they hold up much better. And so far the one-size diapers seem to be adjusting perfectly as DS grows.

I'm curious to see how they'll work for our newborn.

Love our sized FBS! Used them with DS1 and are now using them with DS2. I have a mix of the older style and the new style. The older ones are holding up perfectly. I've never had leak issues. Never had elastic go out. Never had problems with the snaps. I've tried lots of different pockets, AIOs and even some hybrids and I've sold everything except our FBs (and a few minky Kawaii dipes for the cute factor. )

I did use fitteds w/covers for the newborn phase, and loved them. But once my babes can fit into small FBs I switch to those exclusively.

I bought one OS FB and didn't buy any more because I don't like the way the buttonhole elastic comes out of the slots and curls up w/every wash. It's a pain to stuff all 4 back in every time. It would probably be minor to someone else, but it bugs me to no end.

So, perfect size FBs are my all time fave dipe.

I have OS and perfect fit small FuzziBunz & they are really good

I have perfect fit and i don't love them during the day. DH does because to him they are easier than prefolds, but they tend to leak quickly, DD is a heavy, all at once wetter.
I love Fuzzibunz overnight!
With the thin microfiber insert plus one doubler, no leaks all night long and she isn't sopping weight against her skin either. The inserts are extremely wet and seem to hold a ton of pee! She nurses several times overnight so she pees a lot! I don't change her overnight either ever since I started using fuzzibunz because they just hold it all so well and she isn't wet.

DH and I started out with FB Mediums and OS dipes and we love them. When I was pg I looked all over for what would be the best (and easiest) CD for our LO, and I liked that FuzziBunz has been around for 10+ years, and that they were the first pocket diaper created. It kind of made me think "Well they must be doing something right if they've been around for 10 years and are still one of the top CDs around!" And I'm sooo glad I went with them. The Mediums have fit DD from about 4 months up until now (11 months) and there is still room for her to grow into! And the OS we have I love because they fit really trim, and with the new colors FB came out with, they improved the inserts (4 layer instead of 3 layers) so we actually do not have to use any doublers or extra inserts for overnight. In fact, last night DD did not get the usual diaper change during the night, and there wasn't ONE WET SPOT on our sheets this morning! I was so excited, as we co-sleep and I hate rolling over into a puddle of pee. I could go on, but yeah.. they're a good choice IMO, lol!

I've used almost every version of FB, and have loved them all... but especially love the XS perfect fit and the one size after that. Wonderful diapers. They are our main diapers now after trying dozens.

How do OS FBs fit on toddlers?

Jumping on to the thread... we're currently using gdiapers (with combo of gcloth and g-flappers for inserts) but I think my DS may be starting to outgrow them... and potty training still seems a ways away! =( He's 2.5yrs old, about 36" tall (I think... last time I checked, a month or 2 ago) and weighs about 30lbs. The waist still fits fine, has plenty of room there, but the rise feels like it's getting a bit low (his butt crack often shows when he squats). I think they're still fine for now, but wondering what to do if he does outgrow them in the coming months...

I've heard such great things about Fuzzi Bunz so have been wanting to try them... I was wondering if anyone can tell me how well the one-size FBs fit on toddlers? When do kids tend to outgrow them? I'm considering buying a few to try out (and baby #2 will be arriving in a few months, so I'd get to use them again...) but wanted to get some opinions before spending the money. Thanks!! =)

The great thing about the FB OS is that they are SUPER adjustable. You can adjust the waist and legs using the elastics as well as the snaps in the front, so you're bound to get a great fit (you may just have to do trial and error a few times before you find it). Once it's set, you won't have to re-adjust for quite awhile! My DD is 11 months old, 25lbs, and a little chunky in the tummy and thigh, and her OS fit great. The rise is generous enough that she is fully covered (i.e; no booty crack when she squats), but it doesn't go way up over her belly button. Plus they're fairly trim-fitting so you won't have to worry about a huge bum under your DS's clothes. They are supposed to fit children 7lbs - 35+lbs, so I'd think your LO would fit just fine in them for awhile longer. And if you're planning on using them with your DD on the way, I'd definitely say it's a good idea because you'll save a LOT of money in the long run not having to buy seperate diapers for different children.

I've never tried the OS Fuzzi Bunz, but I do use the sized ones.

In fact, I'm currently using some that we also used on my ds (who is now almost 6), so they hold up really well. (And I bought them used for him!) I have some brand new ones too, and the new ones are so soft and nice.

I really like Fuzzi Bunz dipes.

We use the sized ones and love them. They're great for adjusting to various body types. I don't love the OS. We bought two, and they don't hold as much pee. Not by a long shot.

I just ordered a bunch of mediums.. we have quite a few smalls and larges/petites left over from our older kids..

We like them a lot. Durable. Just be aware that the new FB sizing is a bit different than the old sizing.
