Vitex and Optivite

Hi all,

I am currently TTC #2. I have a short LP which I was able to lengthen for my first with natural progesterone cream. We just started TTC #2 and it appears it is short yet again.

I am currently taking Optivite based on Marilyn Shannon' rec in her book but am intrigues by what I have read about Vitex.

Does anyone know if I can take both of them at the same time or do I have to choose just one?

You can definitely use them together, if you like. They didn't help me, but I've got other issues.

My OB really pushes the Optivite. He's never mentioned the vitex.
