If you hadn't pointed it out, I wouldn't have thought "Rocky" at all. I can understand (sterotypically!) why a man might have that thought more readily. "Rocky" isn't in my top 1000 movies.

It's a great name! Go for it!

DO IT! Adrienne is my name and I love it and get tons of compliments. As far as the Rocky thing goes, yes, it happens, but it is literally only men over 50 who say that to me and by her time it'll be men over 70, so she should be OK!

Just as an FYI there was also a song a few years ago by a one hit wonder band- 'Adrienne' by The Calling. I loved that song when it came out because it was actually something with my name... I don't find many personalized things!
