So, My DS has a tremendous list of food sensativities/ intolerances....really he's only eating 3-5 foods right now. Can't do any meats, legumes, pretty much most veggies are out. He mainly eats spelt, watermelon, cherries and we are currently trying tuna, eggplant and okra.

Anyways...I'm concerned about vitamin deficiencies, even though I have him on a multi-vitamin (Nano VM). I recently noticed that all of his joints pop/crack all the time. I'm wondering if this is normal for a 2 year old and is just related to him growing or if this is related to a deficiency of some type?? For example, his wrists pop when I'm leading him by the hand, his back and hips pop when I pick him up, etc. Any thoughts??
