I believe I have read every post of OP for years. I have never seen one where she said the therapist or doctor actually made a report to CPS. She called, but they don't always believe the parent in a hostile post divorce custodial situation. That is why I am asking if doctor and therapist are communicating with each other and with CPS!

I'm not sharing everthing about who has called CPS, because it is possible he reads this. Someone in authority has called CPS. It went no where. Very distressing.

Is she not allowed to change in the bathroom, i.e., is he FORCING her to change in his bedroom? Or has she just not considered the option? I would ask her about this...but without implying anything. Perhaps a simple, "What about changing in the bathroom?" and see what her reply is. If he's specifically refusing to allow her to change in the bathroom, she will most likely tell you.

THIS is why I don't trust CPS for anything. There are so many cases where they do nothing, and so many cases where they destroy families that just need a little bit of help (or families that are doing great but they took the side of the person who called with malicious intent). I'm so, so sorry!!!!
