Ideas for spring market?

I'm starting to prepare for next year's spring market at our Waldorf school and kindergarten. They sell all sorts of Waldorf-related/inspired crafts, toys, food - you name it. Does anybody have any ideas for things we can make for the market?

Depending on ho early in the season it is you may be able to start some plants to sell. Herbs, vegetables etc. If it's a bit early maybe a stall where the kids can plant some seeds to take home.

We had plant pot painting at our last school fair which went down very well. People were asked to donate any cans of paint they had around and I think the local DIY store donated quite a few tins too.

Hand-dyed silks, scarves and shawls in spring colors.

Felted/felt sewn/needle-felted flowers (or other shapes that remind you of spring/summer) put on hair clips.

If the children use cloth napkins and placemats at school you could make sets (or just sets of cloth napkins in 4s for people to use at home). I'm not a super sewer, but I do like making those and they're pretty easy. However someone who doesn't sew at all would probably love to buy a set for their child.

Needlefelted figures for nature tables

Welt-felted "Spring" Eggs (you could either do the other in a colored wool or try dyeing them after). If you felt them around a plastic egg, you can cut them open after they dry and put something else inside like a sewn or felted chick.
