last one leaving the class - and you?

i never wanted to go home as we had no playmates around. so i was the last one to come out of my classroom. all my life.

dd i find is the same way. she is either chatting or waiting for someone or some excuse. but her whole class will be out and then she will come. even her early bird classmates will point out and tell me dd is on her way.

now i understand what my mom and cousin had to go thru.

what about you?

Oldest DD is always first. She practically runs out to me. Younger DD dawdles more. She likes to walk out with friends and chit chat.

lol i can relate. actually that seems to be me right now with my son's preschool. it's a co op and i'm always the last one to leave. i don't know why.i think i just don't want to miss anything and i enjoy the program a lot.

DD is always pretty much the last one out the door. I'm not sure if she's chatting or just lost in space, but whatever it is, it gets annoying to be waiting for her for so long every day!

I was always a poky one, but once I had the power to choose when I left (I was a bus kid until we moved in 5th grade), my mom was working in my school building and so I had a half hour to make it down the hall to her classroom (well, the physical therapy room) by the end of her work day.
