So Be Careful ! I walked into a Handicapped Parking Sign Metal Pole on Friday in the morning. Instead of it being in the parking lot it was on the sidewalk .
I got slightly distracted turned over to look go okay that made me nervous then turn around smack dab into the metal pole which was Fast and it was like sheesh after I hit it .
I walked back then got incredibly dizzy that I couldn't stand up .
I had recieved a little bump on my eyebrow . No one could tell I ended up hurt .
I had aches and on/off headaches . Including Neck Aches that feel stiff and tight more likely because I put some muscle strain on my neck
Sometimes I feel as if I'm crooked but today I do feel better and end up feeling only the neck tightness and back tightness.
I did go to the ER on Friday . They did a catscan said my brain was normal but they didn't do any other x-rays but I have my follow up appt today .
I just want you all to know those things can be a Risk for not Only Head Injuries but Neck Injuries too !
So Keep an Eye Out For Those Signs No Matter Where You Are!!!!!
