Possible Iron Poisoning

I was with DD2 and DH went to answer the phone. Her vitamins were still on the counter from just having got one. DH says he was only away from her for maybe 3 minutes, in which time she got the safety cap off, ate however many she ate, and then brought the bottle to me to tell me she ate more vitamins. When I asked her how many she simply told me too many. I asked her to tell me *how* many, she counted to 5 and threw up her hands. She can count to 10 fine, but actually counting objects is something she is still learning and still sometimes gets and sometimes get confused. It is a very large bottle and I really am not sure exactly how many vitamins were left. I know she didn't eat, like, half a bottle or anything, but I don't know if she ate 3 or 20. I can't imagine she really ate that many, either, but it's scary. I can't find out whether or not it is safe to wait for symptoms can anyone tell me please?

In this situation I would probably call Poison Control and ask them what they think. They would know if 3 to 20 vitamins, with however much iron is in her vitamins, would present a problem. Hope all is ok.
