Is there a math computer program a la Starfall.com?

My five year old has been asking us lots of questions about numbers and what one number plus another number equals. Of course I don't mind answering his questions, but I'm wondering if there's a website or computer program for very early math that he would enjoy.

IXL isn't quite as user-friendly, but my DD enjoyed it. They have a free level and a paid level. From what I can tell, the main difference is that you get reports about your child's progress at the paid level.
