Where do you set your items that are fermenting?

I'm playing around with fermenting different things right now and I need to kind of babysit them, so I have them on my kitchen island. It's pretty cluttered and I was thinking about setting up an official fermentation station.

Where is yours?
How many items do you usually have going?
What would be your ideal set-up?

On the table in the other room, but it used to be on our tiny little kitchen counter. 3 1/2 g. kombuchas and up to 3-4 sourkrauts at any given time usually. Yes, it took up about 1/3 of our usable counterspace.

I put Kim Chee on top of the fridge (but it only needs 3 days). My Sauerkraut is behind my flour in one of my kitchen chelves (cabinets with doors taken off).

When I have had Kombucha in the past I had it on the fridge
