When using diaper cream, I know its best to use a liner. Should the liners (and cloth wipes used to wipe) be washed separately from the diapers?

Honestly, I don't know about should but we do separate them.
We always do one load of just diapers (pockets and inserts) and any wet bags.
Then another load of wipes and fleece liners.
I wanted to be cautious but also the microfiber inserts suck up so much water in the wash process that things get cleaner this way.
