I am x-posting this from the TTC forum, wondering if anyone had a similar experience:
I actually pretty much know the answer to my own question, because I've btdt before, sort of, but I'm looking for some reassurance.
I got a faint positive yesterday morning using an Answer HPT with FMU at 11 dpo. It's light but there for sure, took about 5 minutes to come up fully.
This afternoon, I needed to stop at Walmart for something, and on impulse I grabbed an Equate test and took it in the bathroom there. It was either negative or sooooo faint. The thing is, I drank quite a lot of water today, and a 20 oz. Mr. Pibb (indulged a craving!) about 45 minutes before, so my pee was probably pretty diluted. I shouldn't have done it. I was planning to test tomorrow morning with Answer. I'm thinking this is probably about my pee being way more diluted. I think Equate is listed on peeonastick.com as having a similar sensitivity to Answer, but maybe not quite, in actuality.
Needless to say, I'm a little upset/freaked out, after 3 early losses this year.
What do you think? Could this just be about pee dilution and time of day?
