Although this is going to make all the effort I've put into working with him come down around my ears, I met with the attorney this morning. Apparently his attorney, who is lazy, didn't file the split custody agreement with the courts, so I only have to file a motion. Once that's done we'll file for child support again and then he will have to pay. And the attorney I spoke with is willing to take payments. So I will find a way and ultimately end up with things being the way they have to be. I didn't want to have to take this road. But it is what it is.
