Adjusting temps on FF

What do you think about adjusting temps on FF?

I usually temp around 7am but woke up this morning at 6am and temped then. FF gave me an open circle because of it.

I googled a temperature adjuster, and it gave me a temp .12 degrees C higher. Do you think this is a valid temp, or should I just stick with my 6am temp instead?

I am post-O so I am not trying to confirm ovulation or anything. But if I go with the adjusted temp it will make my chart look tri-phasic. Which would be awesome.

If you took the temp within +- 1 hour of your normal time, I don't think it needs to be adjusted. That is what they told me when I took a fertility awareness method class a few years ago!
