Diaper-free time, rented apartment

I really want so start giving DD diaper free time, but we have an apartment with tan carpet. any suggestions on what to do if she wets on the carpet?

I don't know how old your DD is, but if she is of an age where she isn't super mobile, you could get a bunch of large piddle pads to lay on the carpet.

Use paper towels before an actual towel because they will absorb more. We just moved out of a place that I cannot possibly count how many times she went on the carpet but they were cleaned and are fine now, you'd never know if you walked in there.

If you dab as much as you can with a towel & then liberally sprinkle baking soda on the spot. Let dry & vacuum.
