HELP-need a stroller safety leash

I need a leash for my stroller. The kind that goes from my wrist to the handlebar of the stroller. They seem to come with jogging strollers.I can't get one in stores or online!! Anyone have any ideas??

Was curious so did a little googling... someone on another message board suggested using the kind of strap that can go on a boogie board.

Dog leash or a piece of rope with loops at either end.
