Anybody do this? Are the hours done by task or by hour? How much per hour?

I'm thinking about doing this, but signed up for Chacha..I don't know if this would be 'better'

I don't work for LF, but for another company that does the same thing. It is probably waaaay better then what chacha pays. It is a good gig.
