Excess lipase - is scalding my only option?

The title says it all - is scalding my only option? I know I have excess lipase, I've had it with my first two and I'm pretty sure I have it with this one, though I haven't pumped yet. I'm going back to work in a few weeks and am going to have to pump, and I'm wondering what my options are. Obviously I can't scald at work, and I'm worried that by the time I get home my milk will be too far gone to make a difference. Neither of my other two took a BM bottle fairly easily (as in, 16 ounces total during a 9-hour period was the norm, and she had to struggle to get that much into them) and hindsight has me wondering if that contributed to my second son's developmental and growth delays so I'm naturally a little more concerned this time around. Any advice?

Subbing...

I'm pretty sure I had excessive lipase with DS as well, though he could have cared less. He seemed totally fine with my milk. But I'll have to go back to work with this one so it wouldn't hurt to find out the answer with this one in case it becomes a problem.

I do wonder, though, did you ever give your LOs anything besides breastmilk in a bottle? I'm just wondering if you're sure it wasn't a problem with your milk but rather the fact that it was a bottle.
