I'm going to agree with Apricot about CD 15, based on the OPKs. It seems like your temperatures don't really vary much between your follicular and luteal phases. Are you trying on your own or seeing a fertility doctor? I wonder if you might have a problem like I do with ovulation. I ovulate every cycle now (didn't for a while after stopping HBC), but on my own my ovulation isn't "strong." The approximate quote from my doctor is "the hormonal environment around ovulation isn't likely to support conception." Have you looked into something like that? I ask just because I would expect to see a sharper temperature spike after O and I wonder if that could be connected to a weak ovulation. |
So far I've had lots of testing done, hormones look good (except slightly elevated testosterone), and the doctor was pleased with my charts. My two Clomid cycles did not show significantly different temps/luteal phase length or anything. I've had ultrasounds timed with ovulation, and everything looked great, lots of follicles with a large dominant one where the egg had popped out. We have male factor issues, and everything points to me being ok, although I do wonder about endometriosis. My problems with irregular ovulation can be traced back to stress.
So, I wrote a book! Sorry.
But I am a little concerned--I live in a crappy city in a crappy state that is known for the poor quality of health care. I have certainly not been taken seriously in the last 20 years about my menstrual problems, so I don't know why I think I was given good health care at my last appointment. I think soon we will move on to IUI/IVF. I hate saying that.Ugh, sorry again about this giant post. Thanks for your input!

(If we had the money for international adoption, we could try to do things so that we would be accepted. As it is, money is not the only problem, as we have to keep moving between two countries.)
