How can I nightwean my 18 mo old DS with my 4 yr old DD in the same bed? I've tried gently telling DS that nums-nums are sleeping (as I did with DD) and sometimes he's okay with that but he mostly fusses about it but eventually settles down. DD sleeps thru it during the night, but any time after 5:30 am she'll wake up and she goes to school so she NEEDS to sleep as late as possible. But I'm getting fed up with DS's constant early morning nursing!!!!! From about 5 am on, he's on the boob. I'm not comfortable, but I'm afraid that if I don't give in to him DD will wake up.
