Soaked granola bar recipe?

I have a granola bar recipe that I really love but I cant figure out how to convert it to TF which would require soaking the oats. The only thing that I can think to do is to use a soaked granola recipe and then use the granola in the bars. It is a huge, long undertaking for the granola however and it just seems easier to find something without grains.

Before I give up though, does anyone have/know of any recipes that would work for TF?

I haven't tried these yet, but I've been wanting to:

these look awesome! I'll try them in favour of Lara bars which are toooooo expensive for daily eats...

I've seen recipes for larabars too, which are very simply dates and nuts, much cheaper to make your own. I'll see if I can dig up my links, I haven't actually made them.

Oh that recipe from joyful abode looks scrumptious. I just bookmarked it! Thanks!

I made homemade lara bars last night. Basically I threw in dried mango, cranberries, dates, pumpkin seeds and nuts in my vitamix and blended until somewhat smooth. Then you just shape into bars and store in the fridge.

I suppose you could soak the oats and then dehydrate them...
