Dumb Kombucha Question

Thread Starter
Ummm, what am I supposed to be doing with all of these Scobys?!?!? I gave one away on to a yahoo health group member and one to a friend, and I still have 4 dinner plate sized ones (soon to be 5 when I start a new batch tomorrow). I am a wee bit afraid that they might start taking over the house. What do you do with yours?

Put an ad on Craigslist. Becasue of the whole thing about Kombucha being hard to find right now, you could probably sell it for 10$, LOL!!

I heard that you can actually eat them.

Once you've given as many away as you can, they make great compost. I've also heard of people grinding them up and using it as a facial mask, eating them (either in their current state or drying them to be like jerky--even heard of them being used that way as a salad topping) or making jerky for dog treats.
