Putting the Diapers Away

So, we're pretty much done with diapers with ds (he only wears one at night & he's been dry for a week straight now at night so...). I'm not even pregnant yet so the diapers are going to go into storage. They're clean but should I strip them or do anything else before I put them away or should I wait to do that when I pull them out again for another baby?

Id put them through a nice hot sanitize cycle, myself. I wouldnt go to any huge effort, though.

If they are clean, I'd just put them away. Make sure they are totally dry, and put them in a place that won't get overly hot (like an attic). The warm temps over long periods can break down the elastic.

Just wanted to pipe in that an attic isnt always the best suggestion if youre looking for temp stability. My attic can easily be 120 during the summer. I store my dipes in a space bag in the basement.
