Tighten up!

We had a thread like this in another DDC I was in and I actually remembered to do them more than just a few times a week. Alright, get doin' em!

u can't help but do these EVERY/ANY time you see/heard the word-haha!

Don't forget to squat a lot, too! Squatting is great for your pelvic floor muscles.
