Nursing Mamas TTC October - Page 8

Well by some grace of god, AF did not arrive! I checked CM this morning and there is no hint of color, like there was yesterday morning. Also, my cervix has moved really high. I tested this morning and it was BFN. But if by chance the brown from yesterday was implantation, I wouldn't expect a BF until tomorrow. Took my temp at my normal time of 2am and it was 99.1 so I'm guessing I still had a bit of fever from being sick since my temp was 99.8 yesterday evening. I temped again at 7:30 after being awake for 2 hours but I had been laying still in bed the entire time since DD was still sleeping and it was 98.4. So not a total accurate temp but I think my temp is still up. Anyway, looks like I might at least get a 10 day LP!!!!

Naturally speaking: I hope it's implantation!!!

Cindy - That sounds promising. Guess we'll just wait and see. Nothing like the agony of being in the 2WW huh?
I starting cramping and bleeding yesterday. I don't think there's any hope for this one. Please move me to waiting to be ready.

Oh no, Wendlynn! I'm so sorry.

VP - a longer LP is an awesome thing! Hooray! KUP on !!

AFM - 7 DPO and dealing w/a ton of odd off and on nausea (which is probably nothing) sore bbs (happens every cycle) and lots and lots of creamy cm (not uncommon). So, everything and nothing. LOL!

I thought I saw some bluer looking veins on my bbs and mentioned them to DH, and he says they're there but he's not sure they weren't always there. I'm not either.

UGH, how am I supposed to seriously wait another week agonizing over all this?? How have I done this for the past 5 months?? I'm going a little batty!

Baby Cakes - If you ever figure out how to get through the agony without feeling nutty, please do share!

AFM: I'm trying not to read to much into it, but I had a pretty decent temp jump this morning at 7dpo. I know a triphasic chart doesn't mean preggo for sure, but it's still a nice sign!

I am so sorry for your loss, Wendylynnn. Thinking of you.

Best wishes & loads of to you Crystal, Cindy & Carrie......3 Cs all in the 2ww, that's got to be a sign of good things to come!!!

SoCali - how are things with you? I'm sure it's a big load off having the progesterone. I hope you're feeling great. KUP!

I am waiting on my endo appt (a week Monday). My ttc plans have been turned upside down by my hypothyroid diagnosis, trying my best to make peace with it. It doesn't help that I am feeling exhausted & drained (even after marathon sleeps) and depressed (this is very uncharacteristic for me). I keep reminding myself that lots of women go on to have healthy babies while on hypo meds....hope I'm not fooling myself.

peaches' mom - I was diagnosed with hypothyroid several months ago after suspecting it for a long time. After being on Armour thyroid for a few months, my waking temperatures are the highest they've been in years (i.e. at temps that are more in the normal range). I have a lot of hope now. I think the key with hypothyroid is knowing about it and getting proper treatment.

Please move me to waiting to O. AF showed early this morning. I had a full 10 day LP. I guess maybe that is normalish? Still kinda short. Normal for me pre-baby was around 12. I am definitely doing soy this cycle. Can't wait to get my progesterone numbers back tomorrow or Tuesday. I guess I'll probably be trying progesterone this month too - not sure which form my dr will give me. I'm pretty hopeful that the soy and progesterone oughta do the trick! And if I get prego next cycle, I could end up w/a due date around my birthday! :-) That would be a fantastic present!

Cindy - Sorry AF found you. Honestly, I needed the progesterone to lengthen my LP. I tried other things and it didn't help me. So I hope that it works for you!

AFM: Temp is still up this morning, two days in a row now. I think my chart is triphasic! I never have a triphasic pattern, so I'm super optimistic as a result. I just wish it was time to test already. FF wants me to test on the 16th (Saturday). I'm planning to test a day early on Friday. I'll be at 12dpo then.

I'm still waiting to O. Last month was no temping, OPKs only and they gave me 3 days of positives really late. Today is CD1 and I'm hoping I O today as we dtd yesterday and hubby is gone until the weekend! I'm having mild cramping since last night and a few O twinges. Temps are a bit wonky as baby dictates when I get up but I've been temping!

I started taking vitamin B6 so there is a chance that even if last month my LP was short and I O'd late this month could be back on track. Others have had luck with it. We'll see!!

peaches' mom - I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on meds 8 years ago. And since then I have been blessed with 3 beautiful children (and counting). Once your levels are under control you'll feel energetic and happy again. It is a common issue among women and can be easily managed. Don't fret

Oh Socali, I'm saying prayers for you!!

Peachesmom: Hope your appt. goes well. The depression sounds like a symptom of the hypo. I def. think things should be a ok for baby once your thryroid is balances again!

AFM: Just waiting on my progesterone test results today or tomorrow and continuing my wild goose hunt for soy isoflavones. I also need to repeat my LH and FSH test tomorrow since my midwife had me do it on day 10 of my cycle. It's supposed to be done on day 3 so my ob wants me to redo it. Yay - *another* needle!
