I am re-joining this month and going for 1100 minutes, with a 10K coming up fast on 10/31. (and hoping to lose a few pounds on the way...)

10/1 10 minute walk (warm up/cool down), 53 minute run, 20 minutes weights & core exercises = 83/1100
