Halloween Babywearing

My youngest will be just over 2 months by Halloween. I'm trying to find good mother/baby costume ideas, since I will be wearing him while we take our two year old ToT'ing. I've seen the baby as spider/mom as web, and the kangaroo/joey costume ideas...but I wanted to do something else. Anyone have some good ideas for a baby wearing costume?

I remember seeing a cute costume where the mama was a spider & the baby was a ladybug or something in her web. Or maybe the baby was a spider & the mama was wearing a white dress with black string to look like a web. I think that was a Martha Stewart idea. Good luck!

what if you're dressed as a tree, and the baby could be a monkey, bird, other tree-living animal; or maybe a fruit. I was going to do caterpillar and leaf, but the caterpillar costume didn't pan out, so we're just spider and web. the spider costume I saw was just too darn cute.

Ooooh, I like the idea of me dressing as a tree and baby being a bird or fruit. Thanks! We'll see if I can pull it together!

Jack in the box

Our best homemade costume ever was with our 6ish month old forward facing on me in a Bjorn, with a colorful outfit on and a jester hat, with a painted cardboard box around her and attached to the carrier to look like a jack-in-the-box.

Here are some other ideas (our jack-in-the-box was a little more colorful and toy-like)
