Gumblossom, how wonderful to see that beating heart! I wouldn't worry about the cyst, either. I get them frequently, and I believe the only effect they have is to shift your hormones a little and to crowd your ovary so fewer follicles will mature (if you're using fertility drugs and going for multiple eggs). I've been told they are completely unproblematic if you're already pg. And they do dissolve on their own, usually within a few cycles.
Mamamerle, yay!! So glad things are looking better now, I hope you're feeling some relief! Thank you for the perspective about our sometimes needing things we don't necessarily want. Perhaps a break will do my body some good.
Maya, I think I've decided to hold on the ferning microscope for now, but I'll let you know if I end up getting one.
AFM, I'm CD7 and really just preparing for my surgery and for the next round of holidays (we celebrate both Chanukah and Christmas in our family, so December is always a double whammy). My diet is suffering a bit during the holidays (hard to say no to a cookie baked by my DD, or to a glass of homebrew offered by the friend who made it), but I'm trying not to stress about it, in the belief that the stress is more damaging than the small amounts of sugar, flour, alcohol, etc.. I hope this isn't TMI but I'm also just really enjoying the experience of intimacy without any TTC pressure this month. I also notice that my libido is a bit more, um... robust than usual lately and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the supplements I'm taking. Anyone else notice a difference while on Maca or DHEA (both are supposed to increase libido)?
