So, since a cover made from a felted wool sweater has already been felted and ran through the dryer, does that mean its exempt from the "don't put your wool covers in the dryer" rule? Or will it inevitably shrink more???
The instructions for making wool covers from wool sweaters say to wash and dry the cover until its properly felted. How do I know when its properly felted? Is there such a thing as too felted? Or does it just stop felting at some point? Or does it eventually shrink away to nothing? Haha obviously not. (Unless it just all ends up in the lint trap, I guess?)
Always something more interesting to learn about wool...:-)
