So, the salmon i made for dinner was a flop. Pretty darned bland. It's stuffed w garlic cream cheese, but not nearly enough garlic.

So what can i do w the leftovers? I dont want to put them in dh's lunch as is because theyre just not that good... Suggestions?

What if you sort of shredded it apart, added more spices and then spread it on bread as sandwhiches?? Kinda like a tunafish sandwhich, but with salmon an cream cheese...

You could put in on field greens and other veggies and make a yummy salad.

Use it to make salmon cakes.

I would put it on a salad. Or maybe make some type of rice, seaweed, veggies simple combo.

Thank you for the quick replies!! I was going to make patties of it, so I tossed it into the FP with lots of flavors. Mostly I think it was originally missing salt and acid, so after plenty of those, it tastes SOOOO much better. I let DH taste it and he said he'd prefer it as a "dip/spread" instead of patties, since it was already fully cooked. So that's what he has.

Thank you ladies - the thought of wasting such an expensive piece of fish was not making me happy.
