I have one that has microfiber pads with little lines of scrubbers. I take them off and wash them after each room. I would love a steam mop someday, but for now, this is cheap and it works.
Traditional sponge/string mops don't cut it around here, and I can't get them really clean between uses.

This is what I have. I have a couple extra covers as well because it's really nice to be able to change them frequently. It was reasonably priced and it works really well for us. I like to use a dilute vinegar solution in a small squirt bottle (actually, this has been the ONLY use I have ever had for a peri bottle). I squirt a bit and wipe over a few feet. If the floors are really scary I might use a stronger cleaner, but that is *very* rare.

I have this one: microfiber flip mop and I really love it! I have a huge room with hardwood and it covers a lot of area. I usually mop once a week and then rinse the pad and throw it in with the laundry. Its very convenient.

Shark steam mop deluxe. It came with a regular size head, corner and extra large which is awesome for big spaces. DP got it for me as a gift, even though I was looking into different ones (eureka, monster, etc) based on reviews. I am very pleased with it. It heats up quickly and works very well. One of my friends has it too and sometimes sprays a vinegar solution on tough spots.
