grapes
strawberries

tree nuts
carrots
pork
cantelope
pineapples
apples
white potatoes
dairy
eggs
coconut
chocolate

rice

She's in school and I'm sure they're going to do something candy wise for Halloween and I don't want her to feel left out. Help me find safe candy?

You can still do corn and cane sugar? A place we've done well with is www.naturalcandystore.com. There's also www.allergygrocer.com. You can do searches on both of them.

Any maple candy should be safe (though other people can tell me if you're allergic to tree nuts, is maple syrup okay, since it's a tree sap?).

You can make things like taffy. I got my flavorings at Lorann Oil (online). I emailed to make sure I was getting safe ones. At the school things, I always gave her non-food treats. They'd have a search for candy/treats in the hay, and I'd help steer her toward the pencils, stickers, plastic lizards, etc. But because she'd been restricted since age 1, maybe it just didn't bother her that much. My DS who has been restricted less long, seems more affected. You could talk to the school ahead of time and ask what they're planning so you can plan around it.

Excellent ideas! Thanks for the sites!

I'll call tomorrow and talk to her teachers.

And yes, we can do cane sugar/corn
