exemption question

What is the rationale behind if you object to vaccines because they are derived from an aborted fetus's cell line it is not considered a religious reason? Is it that way in every state? TIA

That's considered a philosophical exemption and would work in those states that accept philo exemptions (just for the vaccines containing those cell lines).

A religious exemption requires that you be against the practice of vaccination (my body is a temple - I was created perfectly - Can't mess with god's plan)

This is pretty much the rule in all states

A court ruling defined religious exemptions. It's quoted on his board in many threads. Is it the "Wexler decision?" Do a form search for that and see if it turns up.

There really isn't any overarching U.S. rule of law on the interpretation of religious vaccine exemptions for school attendance, which operate at the state level as a practical matter.

Most state laws seem to be channeling Wexler, but Wexler is a NY court ruling.
