Embarrassing....Mouth sores?

Over the last few days I have been struggling with sores in my mouth (one is under my tongue). Suggestions on how to make them go away?

Canker sores? I think it was a sign of low zinc in DD, but I ended up using a homeopathic, nat mur, in addition to zinc. The nat mur worked faster (dosing 3-4 x/day? roughly) , but I think the zinc, long-term, helped them recur less frequently, now it's been a long, long time.

lysine, zinc and homeopathy is what I'd do. You could certainly start with cell salts as well....I'd alternate nat mur and kali phos. Good luck!
