Out of the blue on Saturday a.m., I noticed a large (for her tongue) whitish-yellowish thing on Natalie's tongue. Maybe like a cold sore, but it seemed to stick out a bit. Since then, it has changed shape- it's not sticking out anymore, it seems to have thinned out and spread out slightly. She has yucky breath. Not super bad, but a slight rotting-type odor. She doesn't have a fever, or any other symptoms, and when I've brushed at it, she tells me it doesn't hurt and doesn't seem bothered by it. I haven't called the pedi yet because it doesn't seem to be an issue really, besides the bad breath (and the weirdness of it). Anyone seen this before??
