A use for soured raw cream?

So I didn't use it in time and now it's soured. It's still tasty, but I have 2 cups and am wondering how to use it.

Any ideas?

You can always make sour cream. I'm not sure if you can just keep letting it sour naturally but I make it by adding a couple Tbs of buttermilk or vinegar.
