This is the first year we will be applying for heat assistance as we cannot do without help this year. The program here in NM just opened last Friday. As I understand it funding has not been granted but applications are being accepted. If you think you may need assistance you can look up the program in your state to find the income guidelines. I look forwrad to the day when we can put money back into the fund.
