9 mo. old & baby blemishes

So my 9 month old son has baby white heads on his cheeks. I thought this was supposed to be over by now.
We bathe him daily. What is causing it and is there anything I can do?

My 10mo has one on her cheek too. I have no idea what causes them but just letting you know you're not alone
