Small patch of tiny bumps on DS's back

What do you think it could be? It hasn't gotten worse and it's just a small circle of them right below the base of his neck on his back. Most of his clothes are tagless, so I'm not sure if that would be causing it. Right now, we've been applying Cortizone to see if that helps relieve it. It doesn't seem to be bothering DS, but it's bothering me!

i think it might be dry skin. my sons both got dry patches. in their case it is sort of like a super mild eczema caused by really dry skin. we use a lot of california baby calendula cream and shea butter on it.

My first thought was a little eczema patch.

It could be from a tagless onesie; we thought V had this a while back, but it turns out it was just heat rash, which she's prone to.

I'd guess eczema. Eczema isn't really caused by dry skin, but keeping the skin very hydrated can help.
