Safe supplements during nursing to get ready for pregnancy?

What do you all take that are safe for nursing and that will help your body healthy and get ready for pregnancy?
I only take prenatal vit and Vit D for now and wanted to find what else I can take. I need to take more Calcium and am thinking if I can take Iron (have leftover from last pregnancy) to build more blood and for fatigue.
TIA

I take..

A whole food multi
Krill oil
chlorella
probiotics
vit. d3

I would recommend adding some sort of omega fats to your diet. Other than that it looks pretty good.

ETA: I also take magnesium (natural calm)

I take

prenatal vitamin--food based
cod liver oil
b50 complex--just started this one a few weeks ago

I have also taken Vit D, but think I probably get enough with the Cod liver oil. I may start supplementing a little extra as we enter the flu and cold season.

I also have fairly high protein diet--close to the same/maybe more than I ate while pregnant. Lots of veggies and calcium is primarily from milk, cheese, yogurt. I also regularly have eggs and will increase to daily egg eating once I conceive I eat quite a few nuts--walnuts and almonds and regularly use olive oil.

I take:
--raw, organic, food based, multi vit (up until recently was still taking prenatals)
--B complex
--fish oil
--probiotic
--cal/mag

I take them now both for me and for my "recovering" from preg #1 and for BFing. I plan to keep taking these as I get ready to TTC for #2
