I really think you should look into sensory issues some more. Just because he is on/ahead milestones doesn't mean there aren't sensory issues. And I am not an expert, but to me nursing as much as he does during the day/night at his age doesn't seem quite right. I suspect he is not eating simply because he is not hungry, because he is filling up on breastmilk.

I would at the very least nightwean at this point, it sounds like you really need the rest.

I haven't weaned my 23 month old, but she only nurses before bed, when she wakes up, and before her nap. I think it is perfectly reasonable to set some limits for yourself. Seriously, I couldn't handle the situation you're describing, and I think it could benefit you to nurse less. Have you tried night-weaning? You sound exhausted, and I hope you find a solution that works for you. It may be hard at first, but it might be worth it to set some nursing limits.
