Vaginal Cramping @ 9 wks? At What Point Is This A Concern?

I'm 9wks tomorrow, and I've had vaginal cramps and nausea (which I've been missing out on all these weeks - for shame!) today. At what point do the cramps become worrysome? They are somewhat sharper, but like AF day 1, at times. (I usually am blessed to have mostly painless af's, though)

Is this just routine stretching? I remember loads of that in my tummy, but not so much vaginally/pelvically with DS.

Do you mean sharp cervical pain? If so I had this. My one MW said you can't feel your cervix. I told the other more experienced MW and she said she'd talk to her. You can and do and she said its from already having had a baby.

She said as long as there is no bleeding, then everything is ok. Also she told me to increase fluids as dehydration can cause cramping and calcium intake for the same reason.

OR do you mean uterine cramping? This is also normal again with the concern spotlighted on spotting/ bleeding.

I completely agree, i experience both on a daily basis probably...and as long as there's no bleeding and the pain isn't sever i wouldn't worry...however if it does concern you give your CP a call or bring it up at your next appointment
