overnight diaper help for day pl'ed 3yo xposted in childhood years

Ds is 3yo and pl'ed during the day. He still pees a lot at night. We are using 7th generation training pants and they are leaking like crazy (like every night)!

We tried double stuffed fuzzi-bunz for a couple of nights, but I had to change him 2x each night.

He is a bigger kid (40" 39lbs) so I am looking for suggestions from "older" kids about what to use at night. I am willing to do either cloth or disposable as long as it helps stop the leaking. Does anyone use those "overnight" pull-ups like "goodnites" or "underjams" are they more absorbent than others?

TIA!!!

My guy isnt that old, but he is a really heavy wetter. He can soak 2 trifold pfs, a Loopy Do and a Hemparoo along w the bed. He has to wear wool at night if i dont want a wet bed. We mostly use babyology for that. But wool under a poly fleece sleeper would be double protection against leaks. You just need to get enough absorbency.

I goofed and let dipe laundry go an extra day, so last night i had to punt for a nighttime dipe. I put him in a OS pocket (Rumparooz), stuffed w a trifold pf, 2 microfiber 6R soakers (the big ones, not the NB ones) and a hemparoo under his wool. Amazingly enough, it worked. I know my reg setup holds about 30 oz, but i'll have to test this one to see what it holds.

But even if you find a sposie that holds enough, a wool cover over that can help contain any leaks.
