Varicella vax and shingles sources?

HI all! You may remember me, I was in a few weeks ago taking suggestion for my research paper. I've decided to go with the rise in shingles due to mass vaccination against chicken pox. I have quite a few good sources from books, but I lost all my website links when my last laptop crashed.
